THIS IS ME

I grew up in a beautiful mountain village called Adelboden in the Swiss Alps. Since I was a child, I always had a strong connection to the spiritual world. I remember I was very aware of my surroundings and in tune with other peoples energy.

As I got older I buried that part of me deep within my soul. I slowly checked all the boxes that are expected by society and I got physically ill. The question arose at the birth of my second child, "Whats the meaning of this life? Who am I?" 

I realized that I had to make the decision to reevaluate my situation and to reconnect with myself. My journey started with mediation where I learned to pause and listen to my heart and intuition. On my path I meet wonderful teachers, mentors and trainers who offered  guidance, rituals and tools.
